Customer Service

Generally all of our products are delivered quickly and problem free but if you have a particular request or after your delivery you feel something's not quite right give us a call on 01623 512486 as we can usually resolve most things for you quicker over the phone, alternatively feel free to email.

DELIVERIES

You can collect any purchases from our shop 7 days a week, please call to check stock first.

Local Deliveries are done in our own Vans.

Deliveries further afield are undertaken by our Carriers UK Mail or XDP usually within 1-2 working days they are trackable and need to be signed for.

Please Note deliveries are only available to the Mainland UK only (No Highlands, No Islands No Ireland.)

DAMAGES

Damaged items or parts will be replaced by us free of charge, please email us with any problems.

RETURNS

You can return any item purchased from us within 30 days. It must be in the original packaging and assembly must not have been started. The buyer is responsible for return costs.

RESOLVING COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event that our customer service team are unable to resolve your complaint that you made within eight weeks, you can take your complaint to RetailADR. This is an independent organisation specialising in providing an Alternative Dispute Resolution service for consumers and retailers. You will need to refer your complaint to RetailADR within 12 months after our final response.
